My family and I have been dealing with Mr. Jones for over a year regarding work we hired him to complete on our property. Sadly, despite paying him over $20,000, the work has never been finished. We have given every opportunity, extended patience, and tried to resolve matters fairly, but the results have always been the same—delays, shifting blame, and broken promises.
