Chatham Parking Garage

Scam garage. $40 for broken escalators and mean parking attendants. If your system is tap to pay to enter (and charges then too)- why would I expect a print out? Also what is being sassy as we’re trying to leave accomplish other than make me never park here again?

Double charged me and my family before the Penguins game 10/21/2025 vs Vancouver. Now I have to call them tomorrow when I wake up and get that all figured out even though it was there machines mistakes. They made us use a different card since I didn't want to get double charged on one card like I knew would happen if I used it again. Ridiculous that it became our problem when it's yall's machines that did not do its job. 40$ park rate now too for Pens game. Greed ahoy!

I park here for work. I was parked there from 6:30 am to 7:30 pm, due to getting lunch with a friend. A pens game apparently started at 7, which I didn’t know about. There was no sign there in the morning, and by the time I got back there was just a sign saying “Valet parking only”. My $14 parking was suddenly $40 and when I called they only said “nothing we can do”. The place was already sketchy to begin with, with lines barely noticeable and no cameras to be seen. Looks like I’m finding somewhere else to park for work 🤷🏻‍♀️

Parking not bad but don't misplace your ticket or they'll charge you 40$ dollars it doesn't even cost that much to park there for 24 hours. Absolutely ridiculous 🙄

Great place to park, if you are going to the Penguins, Pirates or Steelers games, great lighting and a nice secure area to leave your vehicle.
