Chelsea Plank Flooring

Have their oak flooring on my entire first floor. Would never buy it again. It scratches through the stain so easy it’s like drooping an envelope on it scratch’s it. It is not stained more than a millimeter. It dents like it is balsa wood not oak!

I purchased the niagra falls hickory and love the look in my home. Julie was tremendous through the whole process. She answered my questions and really helped me out when I came up a few boards short at the end of installation. Great product and the people that work there are fantastic. So glad I did not purchase a product from a big box store.

In January 2025 we had a water leak upstairs that totaled out our kitchen. In my old kitchen we had LVT flooring which was awesome. Since we were starting from scratch redesigning our kitchen, we decided to spend more money on something supposedly nicer, entending it to our laundry room and foyer. Our kitchen is high traffic and I have 2 small children. I repeatedly asked our kitchen designer if this flooring was extremely durable and would last as I was nervous spending this much money and going this route. Each time I asked, I was assured yes. Highly recommended! I purchased my flooring direct from Chelsea Plank Flooring at the recommendation of my realtor and installer in February 2022. Three and a half years later, I couldn't be more satisfied! We often have family over including young children. The flooring is durable. I love that it is finished hardwood from a local business. I would certainly purchase from Chelsea Plank Flooring again in the future.

We've had our floors installed for over 13 years and I felt compelled to write a positive review after seeing some of reviews with negative comments. Our floors have been incredible. They have held up wonderfully. We get constant compliments. They are one of the best features in our home. We've had 3 large dogs over the years and they haven't done any noticeable damage. One of the reason we chose this type of flooring is due to its distressed nature, making the impact of our dogs less noticeable. We've never had chipping or finish issues that others have described. I would 100% purchase Chelsea again.
