Chem-Dry by the Emerald Coast

Unhappy with my experience. I had to mop half the floors after they left as there was a substantial amount of white residue on the tile and a pile of black debris on the baseboard. Also disappointed they didn't get the stains out of the carpet which was half the reason we hired them.

These guys are wonderful ! I called them out a couple of weeks ago to clean my carpet and upholstery which came out looking beautiful and fresh smelling. The technician looked and spoke professionally, the areas he cleaned dried quickly and are still looking good. The price was great especially after i got there on-line coupon they were listing on there web site. Again, I couldn't have been happier with there service and I am going to get them to clean the tile next weekend when I have off.

I called on Monday for a mattress clean and was scheduled for Wednesday, and at a great price too! the tech, WIll , showed up on time, was quick but thorough, and very very nice. Will definitely be using their service again.

We've used multiple carpet cleaners over the past 30 years. In the past three years, we have used Chem Dry four times and are very pleased overall. They customize the cleaning to get your problem spots, have reasonable prices, are VERY fast (typically 90-120 minutes for 3 rooms) and leave the carpets nearly dry. They had a mechanical breakdown on our last visit, but were responsive in rescheduling and adjusted the price for our troubles. I'll use them again.

Justin did a great job! He called in advance to let me know he was on his way, arrived promptly, was professional and courteous, and did an amazing job on the cleaning. Our carpets look and smell so clean now!
