Good day, after the runner was dry we are not satisfied with the final result. The edges of the runner is still very dirty. The area rug turned out good but the runner needed a little more elbow grease to it. No one has returned my call, or text Chem dry is now saying I hey don’t recall doing service with me . But I received the link to do the review.

I called Chem-Dry last week under fairly emergent circumstances. They were able to fit me in within a couple of hours! The customer service was outstanding from the first phone call to the completion of the cleaning. I am so grateful for the fast response and excellent service. I highly recommend giving them a call for any cleaning needs!

I gave three stars because the service rep worked hard and there were stairs so he tried and I gave him a tip. However when I read that Chen/Dry used a process wherein the carpet should dry 2-3 hours I chose them because I wanted the carpet to dry fast so spots wouldn’t reappear from being wet, but that was not what happened. He finished at 4pm yesterday and at midnight and even this morning the carpets are still damp/wet in many places. Also I was disappointed that it was so wet that the wet spots allowed the carpet stains to return . I thought the process would dry quickly and prevent that from happening because the website said so. The process and outcome were no different than if I had done it myself. The young man that cleaned my carpet was really sweet. We added several different things to help my carpet look better. It looked great for around three days, then slowly each day I noticed the original spots/places in my carpet were showing up again. I was goung to call but unfortunately I had to have a procedure followed by a surgery on my back and did not get the opportunity to call and ask them to redo it. That's why it has taken a month to do the review. I paid quiet a bit for the service I received and expected my carpet to stay clean longer than a few days.
