Andrew Perez was awesome… I had a scheduling conflict but needed the service asap, he was understanding and rescheduled for SAME DAY! The initial visit was very informative and the treatment he did was very thorough! He was happy to answer all of my questions, and I had many! I’m beyond happy with my service and will definitely use them in the future (hopefully I don’t have to ☺️). And customer service (Lori I believe) is very hospitable and a pleasure to speak with! Great job. 10 out of 10…. I definitely recommend!

From the initial phone call I felt like family. Mrs. Lorie (not sure if this the correct spelling of her name) didn't treatment like a number. John, the technician was very friendly and professional. He also knew what he was doing. I also told John that Mrs. Lorie, made me feel like family. John, later told me that she said I was part of the family. My home was treated for ants along with termite inspection and initial treatment. All at an affordable price. I also got to meet Bob, the owner as well whom also made me feel glad that I'd selected Safer Home to provide the needed services. I saw Scott, but didn't get a chance to talk with him. I have been using Safer Pest Services for 8 years now. Bob and his team are very professional and prompt with all my pest control needs. They come once/year and treat my home and rental property. Very rarely do they need to come to reapply, but if needed, no problem, they come right away. Their prices are very reasonable and I appreciate their great customer service. His business is a success because he takes care of his customers, like me! I highly recommend Safer Pest Services.

This company was able to come out the same same day as I was having a yellow jacket problem. Most kind, wonderful gentlemen treated the yellowjacket situation and charges were not outrageous like every place I called wanted anywhere from $400-$600 to do the same thing.
