Matthew, Raymond, and Dylan with Plugged In Electrical took care of my dad's immediate needs. The house had an old and faulty circuit panel, along with issues with a junction box and water heater. The communication between the main office staff, the technicians, and me, was excellent and seamless across email, text, and phone. Estimates were honored, invoices were prompt, arrival times were met, and explanations were given so dad could feel at ease. These professionals were knowledgeable, kind, funny, and brave. Yes, you must be brave to enter that crawlspace. They didn't waste time. When the work was completed, we knew the home was a safer place to live in. That gift is priceless. Thank you.

Highly recommend!!! The short of it is, a new stove was purchased only to discover that we needed a new line from panel to kitchen and a 4 pronged socket. I was at work when i got a panicked call from my Mom and we immediately started calling for an elecrician. All of them said after Thanksgiving until 'Plugged in Electrical'. Brian Black met with Mom same day and had Brian (different Brian) and Sean out within a couple of hours. These guys were professional, polite and did a fabulous job from beginning to end! We were extremely impressed and will definitely use and recommend them when possible. Thank you guys for taking care of my Mom so quickly!
