We’ve been with Chemical Control for several years. Steve Lobb was the technician that was just at our residence to do some necessary work. He was very knowledgeable and efficient doing his work. He’s friendly and typical of the employees at Chemical Control. We were very pleased with his professionalism and the job Chemical Control does for us.

I've been using chemical control for 5 years now and they are fantastic. The workers are friendly, knowledgeable, professional and always seem to care about what they are doing. They stay up on new technologies and do come out again if there was ever a problem. Their prices are very reasonable and they guarantee their work and will make a return trip if necessary (rarely an issue) to make it right. The office workers are just as professional, knowledgeable and friendly too. Will continue to use them and have confidence that we are bug free. Thank you Chemical Control!

We purchased a condominium on Old Mission Peninsula and in the spring we had an ant problem. We called a couple different exterminators for consultation. Our neighbor suggested chemical control and they were the first ones able to come to help us. They were professional, prompt, fair in their billing and highly effective. Highly recommended.

Help manage condominium, promised they would spray and sweep the common areas, along with individual balconies. What a joke! Could Barely noticed any improvement in cleanliness. And then when questioned, told ‘not a cleaning company’, even though promised and included in cost. Would never use them again or recommend.

get a WRITTEN quote before approving them to do work. apparently we got the "FLATLANDER" charge because our bill was higher than what we were quoted. LIVE AND LEARN I GUESS. next time I will be present and use a different company.
