Terry is great. Super nice guy and very knowledgeable. He noticed our floating fireplace had actually been installed incorrectly an suggested how we could have it fixed so it no longer leaks. Really personable guy, our dog Eddie loved him. It was a pleasure to have him at the house.

We scheduled pretty last minute with Terry of Heritage Chimney Sweeps but he kindly got us into his schedule quickly. After having some water boiler issues, we contacted him to clean out the boiler vents so that it would work more efficiently. Terry did a great job and we found him very knowledgeable. Thank you!

Terri just left my house. He went above and beyond. He cleaned two chimneys for me. One was an old wood burning stove in the basement, and the other was a fireplace in the living room. He saw the old burning stove and knew the manufacturer and explained it was an older stove but it is sufficient. The doors in the living room fireplace were not properly working, he not only got them back on track but he also fastened the right side of the cover to the brick. He was able to fix the metal screen to make it work like new. I was expecting someone to come out and just clean the chimney and leave. I am super impressed with how professional he was, and knowledgeable. He had drop cloths from the door to the fireplace, he left the work areas super clean. Thank you Terri again!

Paid for a cleaning and wasn’t available to be there for the instruction part of regular upkeep and use of our new fireplace. Terry made a special trip back to show us exactly what to do and told us we could call him anytime we had questions once in use. Excellent customer service - would highly recommend!

Terry was fantastic! As new homeowners, we wanted to make sure our chimney was good to go for the cool weather. He was incredibly professional, communicated well, and helped get our chimney in good shape within a very reasonable budget.
