I love my new (luxury vinyl plank) floors, and will definitely hire Cherry Carpet & Flooring when it’s time to update the rest of the house. Ashleigh worked with me to find a way to install floors in my living/dining/kitchen that worked within my budget. Eric was helpful and easy to communicate with when we discovered a sloping subfloor issue that delayed the project. But Steve was the rock star- he was meticulous in installing the floors and made it look perfect- it’s hard to find dedicated folks with his attention to detail. It feels like a new house, I couldn’t be happier. I definitely recommend the Cherry Carpet & Floor team and will definitely work with them in the future.

Our experience here started out strong here with such a great interaction with Terry, the salesperson who was there later in the night when my spouse and I came to look at floors. We came in a few weeks ago before closing and noticed that Terry is so absolutely nice. She shared so much good information about the floors that we were looking at for our kitchen. Unfortunately, she normally works on the commercial business side and let us know that her associate (I believe Ashleigh?) would contact us with a quote and we would work with them moving forward. We chose a floor that we liked based on a sample we found from Cherry flooring and we did some shopping around on that product. Ashley was excellent and made the process so easy. I highly recommend Cherry Carpet, they were able to get my carpet in record time and schedule it at my convenience. The carpet installers were professional and did an awesome job! They moved all my furniture and put it back in the same spot. They vacuumed everything and even took their shoes off while installing! Ashley even called to make sure everything went well and we were satisfied.

Cherry Carpet is a great company to work with. We purchased two rooms of carpet. Ashleigh was easy to work with and answered all of my questions. The installers were professional and did an excellent job! I highly recommend them.
