I'm an interior designer with The Modern Hive and have collaborated with the Cherry Ridge Construction team on numerous occassions and have always had wonderful outcomes with projects we have worked on together! A good contractor is hard to come by, and I've always enjoyed working with Cherry Ridge. Chris and his team have always taken my design plan created for the client and implemented the design seamlessly and with the most attention to detail. I can always rest assured referring any client to the CRC team knowing that they will take good care of them and provide a quality outcome.

Cherry Ridge Construction is excellent to work with! I've hired them for several projects over the years. Our projects ranged from light commercial to heavy commercial construction, several of which were outside the Omaha/Council Bluffs metro area. I realize Cherry Ridge is mostly known as a home builder, but they area equally skilled in commercial construction. Chris Rochleau and his team are professional, smart and creative. They follow-through with action and integrity on every detail. Communication throughout each project was great. I felt like Chris always had my back and wanted what was best for all involved. I wish I lived closer to Council Bluffs, because I'd hire Chris to build a home for me in a heartbeat.

Cherry Ridge Construction has made buying a home worry free. They go out of the way to ensure their customers are cared for. We recently had an issue come up and they were quick to say, "We'll take care of that." We have been in our home for 3 years and they still went out of their way to address the concern. We have been so blessed to work with such an amazing owner and his company. We are nearing our first full year of owning our new construction custom built home and we couldn’t be happier.
