This used to be Seattle's first legitimate theater, the Grand Opera House. It was replaced by the Moore Theater, which at the time was the 4th largest theater in the country. (photo 1905)
This place is terrible to park at. It used to be a theater but it's not a theater anymore, it's a giant gross warehouse for cars in a dangerous part of town and my girlfriend legitimately got sexually assaulted in the alleyway next to this place and there is no security on guard to have stopped anything like this from happening. This place is gross and covered in trash and a lot of the time people here don't know how to park and they charge you far too much for it.
