I have a Home Warranty. My water heater started leaking so I filed a claim. The home warranty company sent Marcus from Chi-Tex Plumbing to come assess the problem. Marcus came timely as scheduled. I was pleasantly pleased when I met him. Marcus has a laid back polite and professional demeanor. When problems with your home arise that you are afraid they will cost a lot, you become stressed. Marcus diagnosed the problem and explained what would be involved in fixing it. My water heater would need to be replaced but moreover, the pipe supplying it was corroded and he would have to open the wall up to see how much pipe would need to be replaced.
