Chill Squad Air Conditioning

So very impressed with this company We've been chasing an issue with our unit for the past several years. Last year we had 3 different companies come out and tell us there's nothing wrong. They don't know why it randomly freezes. Nick from Chill Squad came out and knew exactly what the problem was. Although we could have fixed it, we decided it made more sense to replace it. Dave worked out a great deal for a new unit, plus a mini split for our bedroom. Mini split was installed the following day and 1 week later they replaced the main unit. So very happy with our decision. Thanks Chill Squad.

They use modern tech, have knowledgeable staff, and provide quick, courteous service. Had a minor issue with their phone service not routing calls so I wasn't able to get ahold of anyone during business hours. I went through their website chat feature and they eventually called me back. They acknowledged the phone issue and even honored standard pricing for after hours service due to the issue. Very grateful for that, and very grateful they came out tonight! Thank you Nick, hope you made it back before the pizza got cold!

Nick was early for the appointment. He did our semi annual serviced on our HVAC system. He was quick and very professional. We purchased the system 6 years ago shortly after moving in and they have maintained it since. Nick did a great job

At last I found an HVAC tech who is thoroughly professional and knows his business! I've had two other companies recently and was not satisfied with either of them. For a relatively minor service of installing a smart thermostat which the recent (now former) company's tech could not figure out-- the wiring and why the smart thermostat did not work--I contacted Chill Squad. Their senior tech, Nick, knew immediately what to do and did it in 15 minutes. He also inspected our compressor and confirmed that I did not in fact need a capacitor yet, as was indicated by the other tech. The service call today was zero $$ because I was more than happy to sign up for their annual maintenance contract I cannot recommend Nick and this company more highly!
