Great experience! I called the morning after Christmas Day and they within a few hours. The tech was very nice and brought the new chimney cap, installed within a few minutes. I am getting the chimney cleaned and inspected as well. Very responsive.

Had Chimney Clean out today to help with a couple issues. The gentleman who came by was so helpful, kind, and productive. He had to go up on the roof during the rain, fixed the problem, answered all my questions clearly and completely. I couldn't have asked for better service. In addition, the person scheduling over the phone is always extremely courteous and makes sure she understands the issues when sending someone out. Strongly recommend!!!!

This company is the BEST!! I strongly recommend them. Especially the owner Dan is professional, courteous and well mannered. He came over to clean my fireplace and I was very impressed how they do the job. The price is reasonable. He also gave me a quotation for removing fireplace and help me repositioned my window frame which was wrongly placed by a cleaner. Our outdoor fireplace stopped working and so needed to be serviced. After looking around, we found Chimney Clean Company. They are great! We were able to set an appointment less than a week out which is much faster than I anticipated. We got a reminder call the day before—very helpful. Our technician arrived right on time. He was able to get the fireplace working but not as well as he expected. He let us know another technician would be able to complete the work and we would hear from the office to schedule a time. I called the office to check in and got an immediate response. Our follow up call would be later that afternoon—in fact only an hour after I called. Just stop messing around with the rest: hire these guys and get the job done. If you are regularly burning wood you need a chimney sweep. I have a wood burning stove and it definitely needs an annual sweep. These guys have process and experience.
