We purchased our new wood stove from the chimney man in the fall of 25’ , from delivery-removal of old stove- install of new stove the entire process was seamless. Fast forward a few months and we are extremely happy with the stove Q helped us pick out based on our specific needs. We also just had them out to put a stucco finish on the interior chimney and brick wall behind stove. It is clear that the team here are true professionals, passionate about what they do and such a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend!

The experience was great from start to finish. I purchased a new stove, had a chimney liner installed as well as a new thimble. My knowledge of wood stoves I found was fairly antiquated. I had no idea about how much more efficient wood stoves had become. Q took the time to help me find the right stove for my needs but also my budget. I ended up getting True North TN20. The crew that installed the liner, stove and thimble were professional and without a doubt took pride in doing quality work. Had another company come and give an inspection...told me I need to replace all my liners and tried to sell me inserts. Then I had Chimney Man come and they gave me an honest assessment and fixed only what needed to be fixed. Great experience with them. Highly recommend.

Stopped in to price a gas fireplace insert. They knew i wasn't buying that day, and didn't puch the issue, but were very helpful & informative. When I left, they gave me literature on the units I was looking at, and an assembly valve (for free), once I run gas to my fireplace. Very nice family fun business.

We had a challenging chimney repair to diagnose and Q and the crew did a fantastic job. The chimney and cap came out better than expected. We appreciated their flexibility to work around our visitors, the rainy weather, and for being genuinely nice guys.
