Walgreens

This pharmacy staff has deteriorated recently and seem angry. Waiting for 3 days after ordering online to be told "still working on it". When you come in. Then asked to give them "10 more minutes and shop around" and then when order is ready, Angel abruptly says you can go to the end of the line to check out. Angel is rude and does not treat customers with respect. This used to be the best staffed pharmacy in town, maybe consider switching to CVS? Management needs to do a custome service meeting.

I really love our local Walgreens. The pharmacy staff and the store staff are very friendly and helpful. I liked it you can get very cool Photo Gifts here pretty quickly. If you check the weekly flyer and for sales on their app you can do some pretty Thrifty shopping. My last experience with using their photo department was great I uploaded some photos from the parking lot using their app and was happy with the quality and how fast they were done. The app for filling prescriptions has been improving and has great features. Sara is an asset to their team she is the pharmacy manager.

I love this pharmacy. I need to talk to the pharmacist once a month in order to verify that my doctor actually called in my medication . They always answer and talk to me. My medication is always ready ASAP. I moved here 10 years ago, and never had a problem with Walgreens in Conway. I go to Florida for winter and there is always an issue with delays and shortage of my medication.

I have lived here for many years. I would like you to know Walgreens is one of our best pharmacies . They are always very convenient with an exceptionally friendly staff. The pharmacy is extremely professional in every way, while still being efficient and customer oriented. In particular Ingrid is a gem of an employee and one who goes out of her way to establish a good customer relationship. This kind of one-on-one in any establishment is always welcome especially in this day and age thank you Ingram for working at Walgreens I hope they know how valuable you are. Sincerely, Katy Robbart

Very very nice employees here. I had to get a passport photo for my 3 month old baby who would not sit still and the store manager was so nice, was patient, took lots of pictures and worked hard to get up the perfect one for my baby. She even said that if the passport acceptance facility wouldn't accept the photo that I could come in and get a refund for what I spent at Walgreens. So so sweet.
