Chimney pro, did a great job with my fireplace. With other places, I had to wait for months. They are polite and service oriented. They left my fireplace clean and spotless. I felt confident that my fireplace was safe to use.

Beware of this company. I had a scheduled appointment and they never showed nor called. I called several times and was told that the "technicians" were going to call me. I waited for 3 hours, no show. It was a waste of my time. In addition, I did a little research to find that this company went by a different name before and likely changed because of poor reviews. I normally give people the benefit of the doubt, but so unprofessional to not show up nor call with an updated time.

Energy Saver Solutions installed a heat pump system at our house. I would give them 6 stars if I could, because 1) they offered me a same-day quote ; 2) their price was the most competitive; 3) they offered scheduling two weeks out; 4) they showed up on time; 5) their workmanship was solid and they got the job done in time; 6) they were thorough in testing the everything worked and there were no leak and 7) there were no surprises in their final invoice. My lead tech was Mike and he did a great job communicating with me during the process. I would absolutely use them again.‏

We contracted Energy Saver Solutions to install a new furnace in our place. After reading endless reviews, and getting a quote from another vendor (which was a good amount higher), we went with Energy Saver Solutions and were happy with our choice. From start to finish, everything went smoothly and the entire crew was very professional, helpful, and always on time. After the installation, we heard some strange rumbling noises; we contacted Energy Saver Solutions and they sent Mike right away to fix the problem. They are very customer-oriented and great at their jobs! We would definitely recommend Energy Saver Solutions and plan to use them for future furnace maintenance.

We were so happy with everything about our experience from start to finish. The owner of the company came out in the summer of 2021 to give us a quote for switching over to a heat pump as well as buying a new furnace and new A/C unit. He was very knowledgeable about the whole process and all the options out there. No sales pressure at all. Honest about their company being smaller than some and not able to offer some of the "sales" that other companies offer but assured us the best in the product, installation, and customer care. They delivered all the way around. I would recommend Energy Saver Solutions to anyone.
