Chinook Services did an AMAZING job on our roof. My neighbor used them and highly recommended them. Since their roof looked perfect, I decided to use them. Our roof really needed attention. I could've have been more pleased with the results. Huge improvement. The moss died instantly and turned yellow. In a matter of time, the dead moss will fall off. We bought the package with the 5 year warranty which will give me a peace of mind. Highly recommend them. Obviously, they are highly sought by others because they were busy and had to schedule me almost 1 month out! We had the roof done in December 2025. Here are some before and after photos. It was quite a job.

Arrived on time. Michael was knowledgeable and transparent about what stains were likely and unlikely to come out. He confirmed the estimate after our walk-through before starting work as we were unsure when discussing our own estimate of room sizes over the phone when booking. Excellent job on our back staircase which was stained from years of dog climbing up. Was our first time using Chinook. Good price. Will use for windows and gutters next.

Eli & Jeff were amazing! Phone call 1/2 hour out to notify me, arrived on time, quick & efficient, and my windows just sparkle. They don’t leave a mess, communicate well, & were very friendly & informative - I think this is the 3rd year we’ve used their window cleaning service, and it is worth every penny. Slight delay due to weather, but once they started the job they had it completed on schedule. Very professional, and the team cleaned as they went. The rep was very thorough in his explanation of what they were going to do, and I had a complete understanding of what was happening and what was being guaranteed over the next five years as a result of the roof treatment. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome, my roof and gutters look fantastic, and the guys did a great clean up around the house. I’m so impressed I’ll be looking into their other home services too, because even though I like to do things myself, I’m getting too old to be climbing around on my roof anymore. Chinook Services has truly earned my respect and recommendation.
