I'd like to begin by stating we did a great deal of due diligence before committing to this project. We met some great people along the way, but Chris Bryant was the only one who fully listened and delivered on our vision. It must be challenging coordinating so many different people for so many different tasks...framing, insulation, drywall, window installation, custom orders, ceilings, electricity, etc., but all of them reflected positively on the company. Clean, polite, efficient, and organizing/cleaning the end of every day. We also expected some road blocks along the way...they are unavoidable with so many people involved, not to mention the weather...but each time, CHL immediately took action and never let a small problem turn into a larger one. CHL Services recently built a roof over our existing patio in Smyrna, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The craftsmanship is outstanding. The new structure blends seamlessly with our home and looks like it was part of the original design. From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and committed to quality. They kept us informed throughout the process and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Chris and his team are just SUPER!! We bought a fixer upper when we moved here three years ago. My husband is a DIY-er, but realized a kitchen was just too large a project. Just completed our kitchen renovation and some upgrades in our great room!! The contract was clear and concise and the pricing was fair!! Any changes were made clear and charged/credited appropriately!! It’s tough for a cook to be without her kitchen but it was made easier because I was kept informed of what work would be done and what time workers would arrive. All the workers were respectful of our belongings, worked hard while here and cleaned up as much as possible at the end of their days work. We could not be more pleased!! I bought my home in Lake Arrowhead in September. It had everything I needed except for an outdoor living space. I contacted Chris about a screened in enclosure. He and his amazing crew brought my vision to life. He and his team did an amazing job and the final product was everything and more I could have hoped for. I highly recommend this company.

This is our second time using CHL. We called them back after they added a mother-in-law suite to our basement, to finish the ceiling under our screened porch. We didn't want the standard under-deck treatment. Chris came out to look at the project and discuss non-traditional options. We decided on a staggered width dimensional PT lumber ceiling. Each plank was to be angled to promote drainage. I couldn't be happier with the result! Carson and James made sure we were happy with the work as it went forward, and they did a spectacular job. They are always professional and friendly, and do quality work. The job site is treated with respect and always clean when they leave. I'm looking forward to using CHL for our next home improvement project.
