I was very disappointed with the Quality cabinets I got from Choice cabinets. There were many issues with my cabinets I got, I had damaged doors, damaged cabinets, the cabinet doors almost all had cracks in them and the owner said that happens from when it gets hot and cold. I didn’t pay for cracks in my cabinet doors. I had to go to the cabinet warehouse 3 times because one door for my cabinet kept coming to me damaged, so I had to waste my time and gas to go all the way to Solon when I don’t live near by and I am 40 minutes from the warehouse. I paid for a pull out trash bin and there was no pull out trash bin installed so I had to have someone come out. Excellent cabinets. Quality finish and construction. Solid wood construction for a little more than others charge for pressboard construction. As good as the product is, the people are even better. Karie at warrensville showroom quickly and efficiently laid out our job. After the sale, she followed up to make sure our concerns were satisfied. Very impressed with everyone in the organization with their attitude. From the warehouse guy, to the delivery man, the service people and of course the sales and design staff. Next time I'm in the market for cabinets, I'm saving my time and coming here for a great product, fair pricing and terrific service.
