IF YOU HAVE LENNOX APPLIANCES CALL COMFORT MD FIRST! I made the mistake of calling PK Wadsworth and they were a disaster— 3 days without heat and they couldn’t fix my Lennox thermostat. Comfort MD came in and had a new one up and running in an hour. Thank you to Ty, Chris, Lee and Alex for helping us during this freezing weather! Nice people and absolutely competent!

Needed a condenser installed to make our new home AC capable... Got several quotes and was highly impressed with Comfort MD. Leigh came out for the initial inspection and quote. He was extremely thorough and in-depth; provided several options for keeping current refrigerant or upgrading to the newer stuff. This is a much higher level of service I have gotten from other companies. Communication was consistent and clear, and financing was easy. The team came out on a cold and very rainy day and worked effortlessly throughout the day to get the job done. Everyone was polite and very neat/organized. They even brought my deliveries in from the rain! Thank you again Comfort MD and I look forward to having you continue servicing our unit.

If your family isn’t the best at speaking English, then Ryan is your guy to go to. He wasn’t pushy, and even suggested that our current AC was good enough, but that’s until it broke a week later (and it was during the middle of a pretty humid July). Sure enough we called Ryan again. He was super patient and took his time to help my dad make an informed purchase for a new AC this year. Also thanks to the crew members that came to install it, it was super quick and easy.

My whole experience with Comfort MD, exceeded all expectations. I needed my water tank replaced an opted to go with a tankless water heater. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and took the time to make sure I understood everything about the product. Installation was easy and went very smoothly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is need of heating/cooling or hot water tank help.
