NextGen Restoration

We were hit with a major hailstorm in early May 2025. Andrew Kowalski was great to work with for the initial inspection and selecting the new materials - very patient and quick communication. Very responsive and easy to work with, too. We ended up replacing all of our roofing, siding, and gutters/downspouts. It was a very big job. Brandon Pierce was stellar to work with as the Onsite Quality Lead - very professional and very helpful. He always went above and beyond to followup and make sure we were satisfied, even when it fell outside of his immediate responsibilities. I see Nextgen responded, of course denying ever doing anything wrong, photos prove otherwise. Please note that there was no ice dam, I have no clue what they are talking about, more lies. I encourage everyone to read how Nextgen responds to negative reviews here if you want to know how you'll be treated when there is a problem. I hired NextGen to replace my roof and siding. The sales process was excellent, and they were polite. Look at how they respond to complaints in Google and understand they struggle to take responsibility for their mistakes. Think about what happens when you've hired them if something happens... Joe was professional, honest about what actually needed fixing, and kept us updated every step of the way. It’s rare to find that level of transparency these days. The quality of work is top-notch—highly recommend asking for Joe if you want the job done right!

Answered the door and turned out very happy. I worked with Mike Melendez who provided some of the best customer service I received from any contractor I’ve experienced. The process was challenging dealing with the insurance company and Mike was with us every step of the way and helped us beyond what we expected. Next gen did the siding and the roof and completely changed the look of my house and we love it. They were quick but not too quick. They followed up and checked in if we were happy both during construction and after. We had minor touch up’s that we caught after the fact and they came out that day to fix them. 100% will use them again if ever needed and recommend them to anyone looking. Ask for Mike!!
