BIG PROJECT EXCELLENT OUTCOME! We will definitely recommend Choice Floors! Jordan and his crew were outstanding! His knowledge of flooring, collaborative nature, and his ability to explain the process led to a beautiful upgrade of our wood and carpet flooring. The crew that did the work showed up on time, moved and replaced our furniture, worked tirelessly, kept my wife and I informed, and completed the floors in approximately 3 days. Such a great experience with Choice Floors. Jordan was extremely helpful and easy to work with and took the time to show and explain many samples. Stairs were completed in one day! Couldn't be happier with the end result and will definitely be using this company for any future flooring I need done!

I highly recommend Choice Floors and Stairways. We purchased a new house and needed a hand rail installed on the bottom staircase quickly (for safety). Jordan was great to work with and helped find us a rail to match the existing one on the second staircase. The installers were professional, knowledgeable, and respected our home. We will be using them again for our additional staircase and flooring needs in the near future.

Worked with Jordan on our first project last year. Installed LVT and LVT plank on our entire first floor. It was mostly carpet and sheet vinyl and 4”x4” ceramic tiles in powder room. Project came out beautifully. Decided to do the second floor this year with the same flooring, stunning. One of the things I like is that there was a like of creaking going on with the floors for years. The installation crew was able to eliminate it! Jordan is customer focused and it shows. He is quick to resolve issues to ensure customers’ satisfaction! I would use them again!

So happy with my experience with choice flooring!!! Garrett provides top notch, prompt service. It really doesn’t get much better. I picked out my carpet at choice and within minutes had a quote. Elmer installed my carpet runner within a few days and he did just a great job! Efficient, neat & tidy. Highly recommend. Thank you Garrett & Elmer!
