Choice One Plumbing

We had a water line bust in our front yard during a period of several days of below freezing temperatures. We contacted Choice One Plumbing shorty before noon and the owner himself, Robert showed up within a few minutes to diagnose the issue. He explained specifically what needed to be done to fix it and gave us the prices for either a spot repair or to replace the entire line from the meter to the house. We chose to have the entire line replaced for a very fair price that also included a lifetime warranty. Robert was so friendly and was just a pleasure to talk to. He had one of his guys Gabe come out with heavy machinery to replace the water line with updated PEX. Gabe was also very friendly and explained in detail what he would be doing. Donovan was the best. He is exceptional at his job. Hot water heater is in garage, we ended up needing a new one. He went and picked up the new one with only 17 minutes left before the store closed! It was ice cold outside but he worked until way after dark to make sure we had water. He definitely goes above and beyond! Thanks
