I had a very unfortunate experience with this contactor. I called him on Friday the 6th and he came over on Saturtday the 7th. I have 2 large holes in my floor because I need subfloor repair. While he was here we found out the partical board was wet so there was a leak. He did not check for the leaks and he said the only way to find out how much to repair the leaks would be " after he ripped up the floor" even though I did not like the answer I accepted it. He said he would give me a quote of the subfloor on that monday or the latest on Tuesday after mothers day. I never heard from him or got any quote. So I crossed him off my mind. On May 11th he decides to call me and asks if I'm home I said no I was eating about 20 miles away at a restarunt. we had a back and fourth conversation a

I called them for a few repairs at my Mothers house in Ormond Beach . This was based on a Referal from a friend with good experience . After the first project that was a Roof repair they completed for me in a timely and clean manner I used them for two other things. A new Fence in back then painting of my hardie siding. I promised them I would say something good if they made us happy . I am very happy with my choice and feel they did everything they said they would and made it easy to help my Mother with good communication while I was out of town working on business.
