Church Avenue Garage

I had to use them when I lived downtown because street parking is virtually not an option. They upped my monthly parking cost without telling me. The supervisor Will advised me that they had told everyone in their monthly letter that they were upping the price of the fee. The monthly letter is an attachment in an email they sent out for invoices. They do not have an issue charging customers for their poor business model. Overall I would highly suggest not doing business with them unless you like being nickel and dimmed.

Not a fan of paying late at night outside the car but overall an affordable and painless parking garage.

Needs more parking!!!!! The little park ranger guys need a life instead of writing 2 tickets for the same thing within an hour! Real patrol officers do not give 2 citations for the same offense. This would NEVER pass in a court of law!

Large amount of parking in an interesting Brutalist architectural style. Point of note that the homeless population often sleeps outside the front of the building.

I miss placed my wallet and they wouldn’t let me leave to go to work. They made me go backwards up the exit ramp bc I couldn’t pay $8 and I ended up over 20 minutes late to work
