Worker showed up way outside Google Fiber appointment window and claimed to have zero responsibility coordinating schedules with client. "Mark" reached out with a passive aggressive tone in both voice-mail and text, so I just ignored. Very unprofessional.

6 workers standing around while one guy works, block driveways with trucks, create traffic backups due to no one providing direction while trucks maneuver around, give a care attitude
