This was my first experience with Cicoria Tree, and it exceeded my expectations. From receiving a quote to planning the work date to completing the job, communication and customer service was excellent. I had a few questions and minor adjustments to the work order, and these were received in a friendly and accommodating way. They took great care in doing work that met my goals with the health of the tree in mind. They made the process easy, and I am very pleased with the quality of the work they performed as well as the very reasonable price they offered. I give Cicoria high ranks in affordability, professionalism, customer service, and quality results. I would use them again and highly recommend them to others.

We are extremely satisfied with the professionalism and excellent work done by the Team at Cicoria. Mark, the Owner, had come to our home to look at the huge Ash tree that needed removal and was prompt in getting back to me with details for removal and pricing. It was an area which required a Crane but not an easy area to get into. They laid down material on our lawn as to not destroy it, when the equipment had to access the site. It was all done perfectly ! We highly recommend Cicoria Tree and Crane Service . They cleaned up completely after the tree removal as well. From the very first inquiry regarding a quote to the actual removal of the tree, everything about this company was top notch. They removed a tree with a HUGE crane and you wouldn't even know they had been in the neighborhood. They left the sidewalks and roadway cleaner than when they arrived. 1.5 hours start to finish - would absolutely recommend Cicoria Tree and Crane Service and will use them again if the need should arise.
