We are very happy with our new closet and the service provided by the Cincinnati Closets team! This is a local company that is very responsive and does professional quality work with high quality materials. Our former (tired) builder grade wire rack closet has been transformed into a much more functional space. Their service of providing clothing racks for temporary storage of clothes while we repaired and painted the space was a nice side benefit that we appreciated.

From start to finish, working with Cincinnati Closets was a dream. Life threw us a curveball and I had to unexpectedly delay our project. They were not only understanding, but genuinely caring—something you don’t often find in the middle of a construction or renovation process. When I was finally able to return to the project after dealing with a family emergency, they went above and beyond to get me back on the schedule that same week. I couldn’t believe it. Cincinnati Closets has been awesome to our family! They designed and put in our closets 17 years ago, and they are still amazing and perfect for us . Called Cincinnati Closets to quote our job before we even closed on our new home. The owner came out the day we closed (at our convenience) and gave us a competitive quote. He said they could be out to install in 2-3 weeks, the quickest turnaround we were quoted. They actually came out 5 days later because another job was postponed by a paint project. Owner came out with another gentleman (his installer) at 7:30am and they were out by 10am. I was able to get to work on a day I expected to take off. They did a tremendous job, were very professional and friendly. They left the place spotless and we now have a beautiful walk-in. Will post pictures soon.
