Cincinnati Kitchens was the first company we contacted when shopping for a complete kitchen remodel. Darin came out to the house and listened to our needs/wants and then invited us to their showroom where we could choose materials. The showroom is nice and Darin was somewhat helpful in pushing us through the selection process. After making our choices, he wrote the total down on a folder and slid it across the desk, like we were buying a used car. The price was super high and kept our current kitchen footprint (which we didn't want). He laughed and said, "Well, it's under $100k". We thanked him for his time and asked for the detailed estimate to be emailed to us so we could mull it over. He listen to all our ideas of what we wanted and then helped us plan each step. He gave us great ideas and made it an exciting fun process. Cincinnati Kitchens renovated our kitchen and did a tremendous job from start to finish. Jennifer was a confident and visionary designer and helped us immensely with the planning phases of the project. They have partnerships with material providers who also do a fantastic job in helping the customer with their design without pushing sales on you. Rob was an honest and realistic project manager and communicated well through the course of the project. It it is a small kitchen but in an old house so there was a lot to make us worry before we started it. Rob was very confident in his abilities and able to keep a very good pace on the project from start to finish.
