We have been working with Bob for several years on various plumbing needs (water pipe leak, sewer pipe leak, water heater repair, toilet repair, kitchen sink repair), he is always very knowledgeable, responsive, reasonably priced and great to work with. Most recently our water heater broke on Thanksgiving day, Bob responded quickly, came out the next day for initial assessment and replaced the water heater the following Monday. We highly recommend Roy's Rooter and support a local business!

Highly recommend. I called 4 other plumbers that we have dealt with before and none called me back. I needed someone to fix a leak that I couldn’t turn off without shutting the water off to my house. These guys answered when I called. They made arrangements to come out the same day. In fact they came within 2 hours. I highly recommend Roy's Rooter if you want someone to get the job finished and no mess ...Which is why I want to make this review..........Bob was very pleasant, also he came with his own booties to put on before he entered my house, I really found this to be very respectful ! , I had called because my kitchen sink was stopped up and he was here within an hour ....He not only got the job done quickly , he also cleaned everything up and leveled my sink ! And the price was very reasonable ! I want to thank you Bob at Roy's Rooter for making my day ! I have Roy's Rooter's number on my fridge ! :)

Roy's Rooter installed a new dishwasher and shut-off valve. They were in and out in no time. Would have taken me days. Well worth every penny. Did a great job! And, they didn't leave a mess for me to clean. Bob was very courteous and knowledgeable. Will definitely call again for my next plumbing job.
