I recently placed an order for a small quantity of landscape gravel, but after delivery, I received less than what I had ordered. To verify the accuracy, I measured and calculated the volume three different times, all confirming the discrepancy. I reached out to Cinderlite, explaining the situation and seeking potential solutions. Unfortunately, their response was dismissive, firmly insisting they had delivered the correct quantity without any inclination to address the issue. It seemed that their primary objective was for them to “win” and for me to “lose.” I was shocked by their unwillingness to look for a solution because the Lehmans are a terrific family.
