First off, the techs were great. The phone person was very snarky with my daughter twice and then with me . If she would have listened. It would not have cost me an extra 229 dollars , plus my son coming from warren to fi n ish the job, i couldn't afford they extra 431 dollars on top of the 926 dollars for the original . My pump would not have gone bad if the tech have been sent when called. We were both at work, but my babysitter was going to go let them in.

Circle was the fourth in a list of furnace repair services that I called. Nobody could figure it out. Thank the Lord for Darius! He had it figured out in under an hour and Sherri in the office handled all the warranty nonsense. The whole process was stress-free, inexpensive and my furnace hasn't leaked a drop since they came! I couldn't be happier 👍🏼😁😁

RIPPED OFF. Totally overpriced. Do not go to these people. Stay away from them. I was in a dire situation and they knew it. They went in their truck for 30 mins. They charged me $1050 for a $400 job. They knew what they were doing. I don't care if this was two years ago. This review still stands. Sometimes when you are in a bad situation you don't have time to get other estimates. They took advantage of this. I had no idea what it should have cost until another plumber came in and told me how badly I was ripped off. These are not nice people. Stay away.

A horror story: After many attempts over a two month period the end result is no heat at all. Installed parts failed and everything went cold enough times for my tenants to start looking for a new place to live. Each time Circle Mechanical showed up my costs increased and surpassed all reasonable expectation. The final visit was obscenely overpriced: Install circulating pump -- $334.33 Move 3 thermostats to a better location -- $660.44 Parts and installation of three 3' baseboard radiant fins onto pipes already protruding from floor -- $1,606.85 After eight visits between Nov 19th to Jan 25 and heaps of money thrown away I find that Circle Mechanical helped me waste a lot of time and money while my tenants froze. Was not impressed! I was way over charged. My shower handle was worn out. He replaced that and now handle is loose. And why was he messing with the bathroom sink? It was fine before and now when I use it water puddles on the floor??? So over 600.00 charge
