The installation Team was great to work with arrived when they said they would and left a clean work site when they were done. Very professional from placing the order to the install. One of the torsion springs and both cables broke on our garage door late in the afternoon on a Thursday. We had an important appointment on Friday and hoped to have the door in service in time to get there. The car was trapped inside the garage. It is a very heavy door and the first place I called told me that we wouldn't be able to open the door manually. I called Peterson's and explained our predicament. Because of the lateness of the day they couldn't make it out but promised that Jason would be there in the morning. The crew arrived on time and set to work. They didn't have the springs needed for the door because of the size and weight but could clamp the broken spring together to make it functional. They had the spring clamped and replaced both lift cables and bottom brackets
