They have an incredible crew here. I’m local to the area and they’re always on time and very communicative. Highly knowledgeable and very professional. Jaxon Is one of their top technicians in my mind. Extremely thorough and proud to do the job. Great service again today! This was our 3rd service since noticing sawdust and having Orkin diagnosis Carpenter Ants. Tech was friendly and professional. Asked if we'd noticed any changes or had concerns. When I mentioned spiders he said he'd make sure to use the right spray to address those. I appreciate that attentiveness on topic of the friendly and professional presence. All 3 techs we've had so far have been great!

Had a serious bee problem. Spent almost $100.00 to try to get rid of them myself. Finally called Orkin on a Saturday evening expecting to leave a voice mail. Got a live person: discussed the problem, got an estimate, and the promise of a scheduling call Monday. As planned they showed up on Wednesday. Problem appears to be handled.
