Mr. Appliance of Jamestown-Warren

Brian was great! I chose Mr. appliance because I had little faith in others, including companies that did not call me back because of my appliance (dish washer) being a café by GE. Brian did his research educating himself on the appliance before the repair and new exactly what to troubleshoot as soon as he got there. Very professional and courteous. Will probably be our go-to service if we have any other appliance troubles in our personal or rental properties from this point on.

We were very satisfied with the work completed by Brian. He diagnosed the issue with our clothes washer quickly, ordered the part the same day, and got it fixed in about a week and a half. I asked the receptionist to please call me if they had a cancelation, and she did. Brian replaced the motor pump and we were good to go. I've already told folks what a great job Mr. Appliance did on our clothes washer. I asked Brian what other things Mr. Appliance does after he fixed our washer. We will use this company again in the future. Very satisfied customer.

I have paid $400 for a washing machine that is still not fixed. They have been to my home 5 times, fixed a part that apparently didn’t need to be fixed, and now are wanting $300 MORE to “fix” my machine again. The parts on the latest “fix” are on the GE website for $65 dollars but I’m being charged over $300 for it to be done. They offered to come take out the parts that were installed as the “fix” and refund me the money for it. At this point, I might as well just buy a new washing machine for the amount of money they I’ve put into this. Although the technician who came was a very nice guy. I would not recommend their services at all.

I’m writing on behalf of my parents, my parents have been without a refrigerator since thanksgiving. Lowe’s gave us Mr. Appliance contact to have them repair our refrigerator. It took a week to have an appointment scheduled and on the day of the appointment they never showed up, and we called them to see why they never showed up, they said that no one answered their phone call saying they were on their way. Never were we told that there would be a phone call on the day of the prescheduled appointment, if we have an appointment we have an appointment, it’s not like it was pre scheduled months in advance. It would have been nice to know to answer all phone call on the day of your appointment. So we had to reschedule our appointment which had to wait until after Christmas. A technician came h

I called Mr Appliance because I had a problem with my Refrigerator, they were courteous, helpful and scheduled me for the next day. Brian arrived on time and was so kind and helpful. Since the problem was with the ice maker, he even helped me unload the freezer. I would definitely call Mr Appliance again and absolutely ask for Brian.
