I recently had a great experience working with this Craig. He were extremely professional, punctual, and knowledgeable from start to finish. He arrived on time, clearly explained the issue, and walked me through the repair options before getting started. The work was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. He made sure everything was safe, up to code, and cleaned up the workspace before leaving. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and care about doing the job right. I really appreciated the honest communication. It’s not always easy to find someone reliable, but this was a smooth and stress-free experience. I would definitely recommend Circle R to anyone looking for a skilled and trustworthy electrician.

My lamp post wasn't working so I called Circle R (recommended by my Homeowners Association). They were very responsive and called me back that day to schedule a few days out. Derek came out to diagnose and fix. He was the consummate professional keeping me informed along the way and providing options for the solution. He answered all my questions and did a high quality job. I usually don't write reviews but was so happy with the service I wanted to share.

This place is terribly incompetent. First, the electrician comes over and can't figure out what's wrong. Later, another electrician correctly diagnosed the problem to be on the pole and nipsco came and fixed. Then, they never sent a bill. Made sense to me, probably embarrassed. Nope. I started getting nasty messages from the real sweet lady that handles the books. And finally a bill arrives w the threat of a lawsuit and a mechanics lien. Funny thing, they never checked but I rent the place. Anyway, I have a mid 700 credit score. I pay my bills on time. And will pay this one. But now I'm inspired to share my story and hopefully save anyone else from dealing with them.
