I am a Cisco customer and spend over $15,000 per month at other stores. I made my purchase and waited 25 minutes for them to load my materials, while others who arrived after me were loaded in less than 5 minutes. I even complained at the counter about the delay and pointed out that others had already been loaded, but no one did anything to resolve the situation. R. I have nothing but good things to say about CISCO, as the inventory coordinator for a flooring company they have saved me more times than I can count! Steve Baxter and Manny Poveda are amazing account managers and I cannot thank them enough for all they do for me. They're always willing to go the extra mile and they're happy to do it. Every single interaction I have with CISCO is a positive experience and I genuinely feel grateful to do business with them.

Branch employee didn't noticed that I was inside and a co-worker was laying flat the seats on the car outside to load and this guy told to the other employee "what is d...head is getting here for" Should not be the way to refer to customer, even if they are bold headed
