At first everything was fine with the builders. Then the papers were signed to start the build and all communication was cut off. Couldn’t get anyone to return calls, return texts, nothing. Then when it came to closing they didn’t want to honor an agreement that was put in place in the beginning of construction. After calling a lawyer they finally followed the initial agreement. After the closing they don’t answer calls or return calls or texts. Any work that isn’t done after the closing, good luck getting that done. And the “checklist” that you are supposed to get at the end of the build doesn’t exist. I would not recommend this builder due to the fact that I’m not the only client that has experienced this. And for the 5-5 star reviews that are on here, it’s their family and friends. The

Great, quality, TRUE custom builders! They were so easy to work with and made time to go through every step of the process with me. If I ever move, I will definitely be using them to build my house again! Best builders on the Northshore!
