City Plumbing Heating & AC

On 8/9/2024 City Plumbing Heating & AC INC. came to install a Furnace and Air Conditioning in my home! Nick had come to my home ahead of time to show me the products they offer! I got a Rheem R92T Classic Plus Series Furnace which is an Efficiency Furnace! I also got a Rheem RA13 Classic Series Air Conditioner which is also Efficiency! The men installing the Furnace and Air Conditioner were right on time! The Mechanic was Byron and his helper was Neko! They installed everything in one day and cleaned up it was spotless! I forgot to mention Columbia Gas sent me a letter pertaining to my usage! I was paying $200.00 a month and my bill went down to $147.00 they wanted to come in my home to check the furnace! I told them I purchased a new furnace and gave them the furnace information! I highl

Scam artist alert: Not very please about the non disclosure of additional fees and lying on the phone. Great they can get there fast, not great when $98hr labor turns into $130 hr labor when you get the invoice. They also tacked on a half hour. 11:00-1:30, as you can see they are already gone and it’s not 1:30 yet. They left at 1:00. Also told me it would take an hour and it took 2.5 hours. If they didn’t lie over the phone I probably would have went with another plumber who actually gave me a truthful price at a lot lower. Not to mention I bought the water heater and accessories myself.

City Plumbing is AMAZING. We have had multiple, positive experiences with the company for both forced air and plumbing needs. Most recently Nick came to our aid during a serious water emergency. He went above and beyond to find a difficult solution in quick time, and proactively worked with our borough water department to ensure the loop was closed on all details. We highly recommend City Plumbing.

Replaced a furnace in my office. They did a superb job. Workers were great, Clean up was terrific and the job was cost competitive. I could not be happier with the speed and performance of this company. I highly recommend it for your HVAC work.

I'd leave no stars if I could. I needed a ductwork transition piece made up. I left the dimensions, and he said it would be awhile, as it was a busy time. That was fine, but he abandoned my order. Nobody returned my calls, he kept my dimensions, and weeks later, still not a peep. If he didn't want to do it, just say so! I'm highly disappointed, and will be sure to share this experience.
