Jack was called & came out to my mother in-law house in a timely manner. My mother in-law is 96yrs.old & I was immediately impressed with Jacks personality and professionalism towards her. He went to work & found the problem gave her a price to which she was happy and agreed so Jack repaired her oven. Then out of kindness he looked at her refrigerator drain and solved that issue also. I always look for a professional work ethic & personality which Jack is all that. He will be my go to guy at CITY WIDE APPLIANCE REPAIR if I have any appliance problems in the future.

I called Jack about a GE refrigerator that wasn’t cooling. The freezer worked great. Jack said he will have his technician call me in 5-10 minutes. Robert called in 8 minutes to get directions to the house. He arrived in 35 minutes and immediately went to work. He diagnosed the problem within 15. He explained and demonstrated what the problem was. He said he will see if he had the part in his truck or he may need to order it. Needless to say he didn’t have the part. He called the next day and explained a local company had the part, or he can order it to save me a few dollars. I decided to get the part locally so I can get it repaired expeditiously.
