Civic Center Parking Garage

Got a ticket for not fitting in the white lines and being outside the marker by literally 6 inches. People up and down the aisle did not receive the same ticket

A review on a parking garage? What? Well sometimes they have a piano on the first floor and sometimes someone is playing it. It is covered so always a plus in Colorado if you are out for more than 15 min. It connects to the kids store Clothes Pony via an alleyway. It is actually a great place to park. Oh and it is free in most if the time. But don't park there cuz I am going to park there ;)

Very well lit, parking spaces are plentiful and large enough you can get in and out of your car, centralized/automated pay kiosks with convenient text-to-add-funds feature, in case you shop/dine/adventure longer than anticipated. Note... The structure is fairly "open" and not winding/enclosed but didn't appear to have clear "quadrant" markings grounds what floor you're parked on... so, finding your car when you return may take a minute.

The location is very convenient to a lot of my favorite downtown places, and the app is easy to use for parking. I have a parking permit now and that process is easy and the price is very good. Everyone in the Fort Collins parking service office is also super nice. There is also locked bicycle parking available in this structure. Permits are complementary if you have a car parking permit, and pretty inexpensive if you don't.

Parking is tight, but it’s cheap. I didn’t want to install the app to pay because I’m rarely in Fort Collins. I prepaid for my parking and didn’t go back to the kiosk when I was done to get a credit for $2. So, I kept getting texts saying I needed to pay for more time even though I had already left. Eventually I just stopped trying to respond to the texts.
