Civic Square Parking

My mom wanted me to rate this. Maybe the best parking garage we have used. Had lights to tell you if there was an available spot in the vicinity. It had a sign with the number of available spots for all, handicapped, and EV cars. And it was free. Top of the line parking garage.

Free parking is great and should be way more common. However, there are not enough gaps on the sides of the garage for air flow. 1. It gets incredibly hot and stuffy in there when there are big events 2. I don't know specific details, but I fear that due to lack of air flow of is also unsafe to be there for extended periods of time because of car emissions. Just like starting a car In your home garage with the door closed can be very dangerous, when you've got a bunch of cars packed in like sardines with only little windows on one side of the building that seems pretty dangerous to me. I am curious as to if any research has been put in to if it is safe or not or why they chose those small windows. I could not find anything online about it.
