Very impressed with this company. From Meghan who handles the customer service, to the team who roughed in a new alcove tub, to the tankless water heater annual maintainance team, they were all professional, courteous and knowledgeable

From the very beginning when we had you come out to give us an estimate to the work that was done. I give you all a 10 very respectful very good work and a wonderful cleanup the two gentlemen that came out to do the work Were extremely polite and explained everything that they were doing I couldn’t have been more happy with the whole job. Thank you very much. I’ll give you guys five stars plus.

C J Bass Plumbing did an outstanding job for us. They sent out their technician, Antonio, to pump out a lift station, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. Antonio was professional, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently to get everything taken care of without any issues. He clearly knew what he was doing and took the time to make sure the job was done right. We really appreciate the quick response and excellent service. We cannot say enough good things about CJ Bass Plumbing. They were so courteous, and efficient. They came and did a pump out and did an amazing job digging stuff up and then making sure they covered it all back up like it was. They inspected everything letting us know everything was in working order. I recommend them for all of your plumbing needs! Once again these guys provided timely service 2 weeks ago we had a frozen pipe burst! Great service then. This time our bathroom plumbing backed up. Michael was engaging and very professional. He knew exactly what was needed. They are our go to plumbing source.
