He installed a new unit last year (inside and outside) which costed a pretty penny. He is not honoring his warranty!! HE HAS ME BLOCKED!!!!! Also, he is not taking calls from my brother or responding to text messages, called him from our home and he is not answering those calls either. What business man would BLOCK a customer???
