Pleasant and hardworking people, but we get what we pay for. Clark was the lowest estimate, and I didn’t have the luxury of choosing a higher priced service to refinish my wood floors. The floors are nicely finished, but frankly, Clark was not careful. The color doesn’t match the rest of the house and I got neither acknowledgement nor offer to make it right. My walls are scuffed throughout the spaces, with stain handprints scattered around. Baseboards all need repainting. I have a LOT of clean-up to do, and chalking my mismatched floor up to 2020. If you’re able to supervise, color match, and prepare your own spaces (tape off base, etc) they are a cost effective option.

Clark sells and installs new hardwoods but we decided to have ours refinished instead. After the team finished sanding, the floors looked so good we decided on no color on the coating. Coating is perfect, excellent overall experience. Thanks !
