About a year ago our furnace went out on the coldest day of the year in the afternoon. Clark was able to come out the next morning and installed a brand new furnace. They are very reasonably priced with financing options if needed. We just had our first tune up a couple weeks ago and the gentlemen was very helpful and informative.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. They charged me over $1,000 for a repair, yet left us without heat. If my husband hadn’t stepped in and fixed the issue himself, we would have been stuck in a very serious situation. To make matters worse, they returned two weeks later and charged an additional $233. Overall, the service was unreliable and overpriced. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for honest or dependable service.

From the initial consultation to the HVAC installation and onward to this recent seasonal check up, we have had great interactions. Customer service is top-tier. Office staff are friendly, the sales rep was friendly and thorough with their explanations, and the installer staff were respectful of our property, our time, and they displayed total professionalism during the installation. I highly recommend Clark Heating & Cooling.

Decent experiences in the past. Our 8 year old boiler recently stopped working, and Clark was the last to have worked on it less than 8 months ago. They came out while I was out, reported that it was a malfunctioning electric component (which I knew and reported when we asked for service), and then billed us over $120 to provide an estimate. Got another company out the same day and they ended up getting the component working, and also found an issue with the heat exchange. Other company charged $80 for the service call, and promptly repaired both issues. Clark got half the diagnosis for 150% of the price.
