Clark Service Group

First and foremost the only 5 star reviews for this company are from truck drivers complimenting the way they unload their trucks, every other review is crap. I called yesterday to try and have a tech come and diag 2 walk in freezers that they built less then 6 years ago. I was told that our account was inactive because we haven’t used them this year??? So when I went to get the info off our system to call another company I realized the installers from Clark’s decided to install the electrical disconnects directly on the model and serial numbers of the condensers making them unreadable. On top of the sloppy disconnect install we found a leak caused by them installing the line set directly on top of angle iron with no support, obviously the copper will rub through. Oversights, mistakes, lack of serious from team leader Matt Ames caused extra expenses that could have easily been avoided on this project. I have of course deducted these extra expenses from the final invoice. Luckily Trevor was more customer oriented and really went above and beyond to deliver a quality job and keep timeline, despite staff members calling Off all week long. Overall all went well, but I had to consistently look at what was done to make sure the quality promised was delivered. Despite Trevor and John (Refrigeration Technician) good performance i do not think I could recommend this company to anyone unfortunately. Seriously considering file a complain with the Better Business Bureau.

Joshua R. helped us with our customer and made everything as easy as possible. He gained a new customer just by being excellent in all facets. I will use Clark Service Group going forward because of Joshua. I'm thankful for all the help.

Called to inquire about a product under warranty. Was told to email in proof of purchase and serial numbers, not a problem. I called back 5-6 hours later to see when I would/could expect a call to schedule the repair. I was told the "scheduling coordinator would call me when a tech was available. I repeatedly ask what is the normal wait time for that and why couldn't I schedule the appointment now. I was told again that they will call once a tech was free.... like they don't have a schedule for their technicians. I asked what the person name would be that would be calling me they repeated "scheduling coordinator" I explained I understood that was their title but what would be their name.... again told scheduling coordinator. so I confirmed first name "schedule" last name "coordinator". It

The worst company to deal with! If you’re a restaurant owner do yourself a favor and find someone else besides Clark Services to do your repairs. I’ve given this company many opportunities to redeem themselves and sadly they continue to line their pockets. As a small business owner they took advantage of me by billing me for crazy labor charges as their technician spent most of the time I was billed for chatting with my associates. What they were going to charge me a total of $1700 for is being completed by Calderone and Sons of Thomasville for less than half of what Clark was going to charge. When I asked for a small amount of the fee of labor for technician to come and tell me what was wrong which was $400 they declined to accommodate in any way. My fridge had been down 4 weeks, Clark c
