I end up buying from this place, however folks works as employees who doesn’t seems to care about their company. No patience to talk to customer and explain or their question. Customer who end of buying stuffs for about 10k. I wouldn’t say all employees are like that, I end up finding one employee in my 2nd visit who explained things nicely, because of him they got my business else me and my wife were looking for somewhere else. They do have quite bit collection of stones, grass, pavers, rocks, fountains and other garden decorative n essential. I try to take pictures of all, please take a look.

I haven’t received worse service in a long time. Talk about weird. They appear to not need customers given the attitudes in the “service” area. Even after explaining that I was a first time customer, not one person provided clear instructions about how to buy products the cost or how costs are calculated. I left with nothing! Hours of my time driving to their Hayward location and back to come home with nothing. You guys need to do better. If you don’t like your job go somewhere else to spread misery. My god man. Give the world a break.

I was getting all my materials from this place for about a year, what at the beginning I tried to ignore as a one time mistake or a bad day, repeated multiple times with consistent patterns. First of all is this repeated incident of sneaking in small extra charges into my invoiced purchases. one time For one trip delivery they charge two trips, the other time for a deposit on 10 pallets they charge you 12 and more similar incidents. And worse is when you bring it up to them they refuse to accept. Second some of the people at the store are very rude, they give you this feeling that they are making you a favor by just answering your questions or accepting you money. After a year of putting up with them finally changed my shop. Much better experience so far.
